Delivery
Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our offices are only open Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm so orders will only be processed during these times.
Orders will normally be processed within 5 working days and then despatched on a next day service via UK Business Post, and in accordance with their current rates and charges.
These charges are automatically charged on this basis at the checkout so please ensure you are happy with them before placing your order.
Sample deliveries are as above, except that the samples will be dispatched by second class post.

Upon Receipt
All goods are stringently checked at our premises before despatch to ensure they meet our high quality standards and are fit for purpose. However, please check all product for colour, design and quality, or imperfections.
With wallpaper these things must be checked before cutting or hanging the rolls, as we will NOT accept any claims after hanging or cutting of the product. We will NOT refund any amount of money for labour spent or incurred in hanging these wallpapers.
